We have worked in the bespoke joinery industry for many years on a wide variety of projects, and we know how important it is to build a reputation for trust.

Almost all trades suffer from "cowboys" and customers have a right to some kind of insurance against shoddy work. We're part of a scheme operated by the Consumer Protection Agency, whereby all our customers get a feedback form that goes directly back to the CPA, who promise our customers an insurance backed guarantee if they're in any way dissatisfied.

The most recent feedback report we received from the CPA showed that our workmanship is considered to be excellent, our team are courteous and professional, our installations are efficient, all undertakings are fulfilled and they would be happy to recommend our work to others.
